Gina has a degree from the University of Washington in Non-Profit Business Management. She has consulted for numerous organizations including The Tronie Foundation, Northwest Family Life and F.I.T. Decisions Foundation. Gina’s collaboration techniques are exceptional. Gina expanded programs for FIT Decisions Foundation into over 40 cities in 27 different states. She developed and implemented the strategic plan, supervised and trained staff, volunteers and their professional speaker team. She wrote educational curriculum and manuals, planned and implemented public relation campaigns and supervised the production of the quarterly online newsletters. She facilitated annual board retreats and coordinated special events including: auctions, galas, golf tournaments and the yearly 5K fun run. Gina developed and marketed conferences and products for teenage girls and women in the U.S. and in Europe.
Gina consulted with the Tronie Foundation as their interim Associate Director and Development Officer. Gina collaborated on new public policy for the State of Washington, and created proposals for the U.S. State Department to fight human trafficking. She facilitated national coalition meetings, created corporate sponsor portfolios, booked appearances, wrote donor appeals and coordinated special events. Gina established the organization’s budget and targets while working to increase the visibility of the foundation nationally and internationally.
Gina consulted for Northwest Family Life Learning and Counseling Center in the position of Associate Director. Gina assisted in the agency’s mission to fight domestic violence. She was instrumental in acquiring and setting up a shelter for victims of human trafficking and domestic violence in Seattle. She created the company’s current development plan and designed a positive model for financial sustainability in today’s economy. Gina was responsible for overseeing major gifts, grant writing, and donor relations. Her involvement in the agency has significantly contributed to the success of the organization.
